/v1/abilities/vertical.manifest_getGet a vertical’s SURFACE manifest — the runtime half: nouns, screens as gen-UI node types with bindings, capture types (Step 2), signals (Step 3), and actions that are a substrate ability or a guarded host endpoint, never SQL. Runs manifest-lint on every serve and REFUSES a surface that fails it (findings by path). section=‘all’ returns the whole manifest (provisioning keys included). No tenant data, no secrets; any authenticated key may read.
