Initiate a payment, invoice, or charge. provider ‘stripe’ (default) creates a Stripe Payment Link (Connect direct-charge + application_fee when the tenant is connected); provider ‘paystack’ creates a Paystack checkout SPLIT charge on SLOE’s platform account routed to the tenant’s collections subaccount (requires customerEmail).
